- After booking, a Vacation Rental Agreement will be provided. All guests are required to sign the agreement within 72 hours of booking, and prior to occupying the property.
- Guests may be required to provide additional information about the group that will occupy the property and/or identification documents. Background checks may be performed, and in some areas are required by local law. Guests may be required to provide a credit card and/or a refundable security/damage deposit.
Property Access
- There are no steps from the driveway or garage to enter the home. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor; the kitchen, living area, and other main areas are up one flight of stairs. The loft bedroom is one flight of stairs up from the main level.
- Steamboat's free bus has multiple routes nearby. The Deer Creek Walton Creek stop is approximately 120 meters from the property, and the Quality Inn stop is approximately 220 meters away. Uber and Lyft are also available.

Fees and Payments
- The standard cleaning fee covers the final cleaning after the rental period. For stays longer than one week, a mid-stay cleaning fee equal to the final cleaning fee may apply for each additional week. Contact the property manager before booking a lengthy stay to discuss details.
- Each rental agreement and associated rates are for a specific group size. Guests must enter the correct and maximum group size at booking. The agreement requires guests to confirm the group size and disclose any changes, which may affect the total cost or require a security deposit.
Parking Information
- Parking: 2-car heated garage and 2 driveway spots. Cars in the driveway may need to be moved to allow garage access. Trailers are not allowed. Contact the property manager for additional parking options.
- Shared overflow parking is available.
- 4WD/AWD or vehicles with chains may be required during winter weather conditions.
